The best metaphor I can think of for 'agencies of the future' - the International Space Station:
- technologically state of the art
- data driven
- highly specialist, collaborative teams
- modular functionality for seamless interaction with other kinds of teams and units
- fast, like 18,000 mph fast
Let's have a great fourth quarter, y'all
In short, they want the agency of the future now – and they’re not going to wait while their incumbent firms play catch-up.
