Is it insane to set aside ten hours a week to nothing but ... think?
In my situation - like most people I know - it's probably not realistic. There are expectations attached to our presence and accessibility, and even if we own our business or enjoy a fully flexible work environment, there's an anxiety connected to appearing less than frantically busy.
